Before this, Carmen led Beautifully Elegant Bridal Boutique, one of the first in the industry to merge both the online and in-store bridal party experience. Implementing the now famous order online and pick-up instore shopping trend.
Carmen has worked on various projects in the mobile and Web2 space outside of the retail industry. An avid adopter of crypto technology she brings her passion and drive to this new and exciting arena.

# Company Framework
Before getting involved it is important to understand the framework of Pepperbird Finance and the drivers. We are a pre-revenue company focused on building Pepperbird brand and developing infrastructure during this market period.
This means that transaction volume within AMM may be lower than other tokens. Our current capital expenditures are focused on product developing and driving marketing and engagement around those products as they come to the platform. That means we do not actively engage in marketing activities to create artificial buy demand. Our outlook is long-term with a full core of products developed and on the market prior to Q1 2024.
### Our Typical Token Holders
The type of holders that we attract are ones that realized that the current market price may be undervalued against future potential. They are typically long-term holders who feel that they can get a very strong future ROI based on the track record of the executives and the integrity of the company. They understand that the token is a revenue distribution product of the company and will not be the only or primary revenue source.
# Revenue Model
The Revenue Stack represents the suite of products we are bringing online. Marketing spend will be used to drive visibility, engagement, and use of these products.
The revenue from these products fund the reflection pool. In addition, AMM and Wallet activities also provide a source of funding. Our long-term goal is to have a diversified suite of products to ensure a continued source of revenue for token holders.
# Token Overview
Pepperbird Token is a deflationary passive income generating token hosted on Binance Smart Chain. It powers Pepperbird Finance Ecosystem and operates on an autonomous liquidity generating protocol designed with a pre-selected three token reward/reflection system; plans are in the works for option to customize your reflections.

# How Reward/Reflection Works
The Reflection Pool receives 6% from the fee generated from users' buy/sell transactions. Once the Reflection Pool reaches 0.005% of our total token supply of 100 Trillion, an automated request is made with AMA provider Pancake Swap to purchase preselected reward tokens for distribution.
Once the reward tokens are purchased, they are distributed to the crypto wallets of all token holders based on the percentages of their held tokens.
Founders, operations and charity wallets are not eligible for the 6% reflection distribution and will not receive any rewards from the allocation.
Disabling reflections on administration accounts ensure reflections are disbursed accurately based on percentages to investors wallets.
# Reward Contingency
We understand that crypto is still a volatile market, and projects may change or fail. While our reflection reward tokens were chosen carefully based on several factors, we know that those conditions could change.
$PepperBird is designed with the capability to change reflection on-chain without reintroducing a new token in the event a selected rewards no longer proves beneficial.
Our policy is that any change to the selected rewards will be communicated thirty days before any action is taken unless an emergency change should arise because a token ceases to exist.
If a situation of that nature should arise, you will be notified of the change via our multiple social accounts.
# Custom Reflections
$Pepperbird was crafted with you in mind and given one key function, redistribute wealth to its holders. The token was designed with the capabilities to not only change selected rewards but allow future upgrades to a customized reflection option.

# How Gasless Works
Using "gas" refers to the user's requirement to have a set amount of BSC in their wallet to fund the transfer of tokens from one wallet to another.
The PepperBird Token can be transferred to another entity in what is referred to as a gasless transaction. This bit of magic is possible via EIP-2612, which in essence provides the ability to have signed approvals.
When accessing our dApp in conjunction with your wallet, you can send transactions to others without the added fee for gas. In addition, all interaction with our applications and supporting applications will be gasless.
What happens behind the scene is when our token transacts with Web3 sites and contracts that support this protocol, it allows your transaction to approve someone else to pay the gas fees—namely us.
We do this because we want to reward our holders and make the user experience interacting with our token painless. So maybe a better way to think of it is "Your Gas On Us!".
# Driving Utilization
Building utilization for PepperBird Token is vital because it helps drive everything else behind the scene. While enabling gasless transactions is one stop on our utilization roadmap, it is not the only component of the systems we are building.
PepperBird Finance is built around merging the management of fiat and crypto wealth under one umbrella. Our core strength is building applications, utilizing advances in software technology, simplifying processes and developing APIs.
Pepperbird Marketplace for developers - APIs developed and tested, made available via our marketplace. We are not competition, we are innovators, with this in mind, $Pepperbird serves as a gateway to accessing an Ecosystem built around use probabilities with special offers to incentivized utilization.

# Pepperbird Initial Token Supply Breakdown
Pepperbird Token is different from some others. We are structured with a realistic business model for growth. Our token drives product development under the Pepperbird Finance umbrella, distributing profits back to the token holders and reinvesting in the business. There is a saying "it takes money to make money", in order to continue to provide a steady stream of revenue to our holders, we must stay ahead of the curve by developing innovative products for the ever-changing and expanding market.

### **18% - Founders & Team**
This distribution does not receive reflections and is locked in a third-party wallet for two years after token launch and will be released in percentages over a six-month period. Our core team focuses on working hard, providing viable products, rewarding token holders, and rewarding our efforts later. Many of them are behind the scene providing services and support in preparation for our launch for free. We cannot hope to have wealth distribution to our holders at heart without also rewarding our team.
### **15% - Marketing & Development / Operations**
This distribution is part of the operating cost of doing business; used to fund much-needed marketing, technology infrastructure, research, app development and to keep the business running. Our operating budget is then sustained via 1% of the transaction tax.
Pepperbird Finance is a US-based business operating under an LLC in North Carolina. This brings up certain legalities such as taxation, employment, and crypto accounting that are not altogether clear. This is set aside to deal with such legal considerations as they occur.
